Hey there! Are you from Dayton, Springfield, or Columbus, Ohio? Are you interested in journalism, commentary, satire, or any other creative work? Or, do you like video editing, graphic design, photo-editing or web development? Want to do any of that as part of a team excited about what they’re doing? We’re looking for freelancers! We’re pretty laid back, but here are some things we’re looking for:

• An open mind – We’re pretty diverse here, in terms of life experiences and identities. While we accept (and want) ideological differences, we also ask that you accept the people here as they are
• Able to work independently – While we do collaborate on all of our projects in some way, you won’t have supervision a lot of the time, whether you’re editing videos or prepping for interviews
• Okay with volunteering – The day we can pay wages will be a glorious day
• Honesty – Bring your full self to the creative process! Feel free to criticize what anyone is doing and suggest how things can be done better
• Integrity – Don’t plagiarize, don’t lie… Just be a good person! 
• Fine with college students – I say this because we’re all still learning everything from the ground up with no “adult” supervision

Whether or not you have experience or education in journalism, editing, or graphic design is not that important, although it’s a nice plus. We can teach you everything here in the real world. What really matters is whether or not you have the passion to stick to a project and the humility to try things out and fail.
